Payment Options
You can pay for your purchase via PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
You can also mail in your order and pay by Personal check or Money order.If you choose to send a Personal check, we will have to wait 7-10 business days until your check has cleared before we can ship your order. PLEASE be sure that funds are available, as our bank charges us a penalty for each NSF check.Please do not send cash.

Sales Tax
We do not charge any sales tax for our products.
Shipping
Free ground shipping is included for all orders. All in-stock merchandise will be shipped immediately. Due to popular demand, certain items may not always be readily available. These items will be shipped immediately upon availability. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery for back-order items.
We currently do not ship internationally.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your items from Elegant Jewelry fail to meet your expectations for any reason, please send your package to us within 60 days from the date it was shipped. You must send via insured US Post Office Priority Mail®. Make sure that you have insured the package & purchased a tracking number for your record.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team.
Please include the invoice and the reason for the return. Your return will be refunded in the same payment manner as your original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to appear in your statement. Shipping / Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If your order qualify for free Ground Shipping, & your order is returned, we will deduct up to $10 for shipping charges.
For exchange please write the item number that you want to exchange it for.

Damaged in Shipment - DOA
If your item is damaged durring shipping, please hold the merchandise and the package it came in. Contact the delivering carrier (FedEx or ups) to arrange for an inspection and then notify us.
